Abstract
A few reflections from 25+ years in the biopharma industry supporting the advancement of science and innovation from the lab, to the factory, to the patient. Not all promising innovations and new technology translate, or translate in timely way, into patient benefit. I will share a few examples and examine some of the root causes.
