Abstract
An analysis of the influence of air nozzles’ shape design on the NOx emission in the large-scale CFB boilers operated under comparable operating conditions was undertaken in the study. The obtained results have shown, that the change in primary air distribution in the lower part of the combustion chamber has substantially influenced the intensity of the combustion process and the temperature distribution along the CFB structure height.
