Title
Life Cycle Environmental Impact Assessment of Sludge Treatment Technologies Based on Uncertainty Analysis
Conference Dates
June 5 – 10, 2022
Abstract
As one of the typical types of solid waste, municipal sludge from wastewater treatment plants continuously increases in quantity and brings huge pressure on its management systems. The technologies developed for municipal sludge treatment and resource are diverse and complicated with various process parameters and performance, resulting in difficulties in technical comparison and optimization. Given the lack of comparability and universality in different data sources, scientific investigation on the life cycle environmental impacts of sludge has become a crucial issue for relevant technological evaluation.
